Ron is passionately focused on selling property and brings keen listening skills, responsiveness, shrewd negotiating tactics, creative thinking, and intelligent analysis to the table in the complex real estate process. Ron’s knowledge of each neighborhood helps clients find the perfect fit for their lifestyle. He takes their interests, hobbies, entertainment preferences and even the food they enjoy into account when helping them find their new home. He believes that home is not just where a person lays their head, it is where they live their life.

A cornerstone of Ron’s philosophy is philanthropy. He donates a percentage of each commission from every sale to worthwhile nonprofits. He then raises additional funds through social media efforts.

Ron seeks the most out of life through his passions, such as water, fitness, theater, and culinary activities. He has been active on the stage for 30 years and just finished doing the Skipper in Gilligan’s Island the Musical in the Tampa fringe Festival. He also just shot some commercials with two local talent agencies. Through his philanthropic efforts he was also the Tampa Bay ambassador for Real Men wear pink. When he is not selling or performing, he can be found on the pickleball courts or in a Zumba class. His passion for forming relationships and encouraging others to get involved in their community has made him a trusted and successful real estate advisor.
