Dear Prospective Homebuyers, I am writing to express my great satisfaction with Ron Hughes as my realtor. To whom it may concern, I would recommend Ron Hughes to anyone looking to buy or sell a house. From the moment he showed us our first house to the handshake at the end of closing he was professional, helpful and easy to work with. He kept in constant contact with us through the whole process. We received emails on a regular basis of houses that were coming on the market that were both within our price range and suited to our wants. Ron listed our house in a time where selling was downright tough. Yet within two weeks he had shown the house several times and we had received an offer. Less than a month after we listed the house we had received a final offer and began the closing process. I believe he was a big factor in getting our house sold at a fair price and in a timely fashion. When we began negotiating for our new house Ron was realistic about what we should offer and how we should approach the purchase. Again, within less than a month we were closing on our new home which is perfect for our families needs. Without Ron’s help we would not have had such a smooth transition from our old house to the new one, nor would we have felt as comfortable with the deals we made. Because of Ron, we didn’t have much stress at all during the buying and selling processes. That was the best part of our whole experience with him.
