I would highly recommend Ron if you’re planning to sell your home or condo in the South Bay. He is extremely patient, detailed oriented, and has strong follow-up skills. These qualities shined during the sale of my townhouse while I was still living in it. He listened and answered all my questions, provided me with detailed timelines so there were no surprises, and connected me with his proven vendors for light contractor services to prep my home, staging for furniture, along with the title company to handle the sale. He also pitched in to help schedule various appointments with the contractors, stagers, etc. when I was too busy during working hours. As a first-time homebuyer, the process of finding and purchasing a home was initially quite overwhelming, but working with Ron completely changed that. He were knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly supportive. Ron took the time to explain every step of the home-buying process, always making sure I felt confident and informed before making decisions. I had the pleasure of working with Ron when I was looking to buy a property in Milpitas. From the start, he was very knowledgeable about the local market and provided us with detailed information about the properties we were interested in. He kept us informed throughout the entire process, making sure we were aware of every step and what to expect.

Well deserved, but LOOONG overdue.

We began working with Ron for our first home buying experience about ~2 years ago. For the past 22+ years, my fiancé and I had been happy renters. Finally ready to take the plunge and start paying our own mortgage (instead of someone else’s) we reached out to Ron. Recommended by a family friend and a long-time affiliate of many of our friend circles, we entrusted him to walk us through the mysterious path that is the first-time home buyer experience.

Although Ron has numerous qualities that I believe make for an amazing realtor; one thing that stood out to me the most was his patience and commitment. I reiterate, our journey lasted over two years. We saw countless homes, both a combination of listings on the internet and unlisted homes that Ron felt fit our criteria. He was always a phone call away and made time for us expeditiously. Honestly, if I didn’t follow his social media, I would have thought we were his only clients. I repeat, he was so engaged, that he made both my fiancé and I feel like priority #1.

We had many ups and downs, seeing beautiful homes that checked every box. Only to submit an offer that was outbid. Ron knew our budget, knew the market, and did his best to guide us with numbers that could potentially be accepted. He was comforting, optimistic and genuinely compassionate whenever things didn't go in our favor. He stuck with us, kept his ear to the ground and ultimately found us a house in our originally targeted area, within our budget that checked off all our boxes! A house that we now lovingly call our home. What an experience!

Along with what I already mentioned, Ron was informative, very knowledgeable, and extremely reliable. His communication skills are exceptional. Which helped a ton considering our lack of experience in real estate. I could not have asked for a better realtor to share this huge life milestone with.

It was an awesome experience working with Ron. He was willing to drive to the distance for us to find the house that I need and was patience throughout the whole process. Buying process:
It was simply by happenstance that we found Ron via a Zillow inquiry. Ron was very helpful all along the way. He was prompt, efficient, and to the point in email communications. He quickly pulled up comps and existing market data for any property we toured/asked data for. For home showings (yr 2020/2021), his team at Reali handled the scheduling. Ron was helpful and showed us all the homes we requested, even though some were too "different" from what our desired size/budget was. At no point did he pressure us or push us in any way to make a decision quickly. The sale price of comparable homes exists (for closed homes) on Zillow, but the pending sale info, inventory, and market sentiment is something that has to be "sensed". Ron was good with all of that. Ron is everything that you want in a realtor- honest, prompt, and effective. For our loan and closing, Ron worked with our loan agent and kept the listing agent in the loop at all times. I would heartily recommend Ron!

Selling process:
Ron was a pleasure to work with throughout the home selling process. He had previously helped us buy a home, so this was our second time working with him. Ron demonstrated again why he is your go-to person; Ron is professional and detailed oriented while being cognitive of the big picture. Interactions with him are always very smooth; he provides his honest recommendations without pressuring you. This is very important because you want an agent who can speak their mind so that you can check your bias.

When we were thinking of selling our home, Ron put together a checklist for us to fix, then gave us a detailed timeline of the next steps. He coordinated everything from move out to key handover to new owners (inspections/staging/open houses/offers/etc). Whenever things moved, he adjusted the schedule to reflect the new dates. This was very comforting and took out all the "I dont know what's happening- who is waiting on whom?" sentiment that can exist in such processes. Based on the market conditions, Ron came up with due dates and then helped us vet/select the offer that was a good fit for us. He then worked with the buyer's agent to ensure the transition was smooth and the closing was on track. He amended the contracts as per the new closing date. He did protect our interests throughout the process, and he did that while following due process and treating all parties involved with respect.

I am very much appreciative of Ron's skills. Buying/selling a home is very much a money game, where market conditions and offer amounts largely determine the outcome. Yet, the process can be complicated, with slow-moving parts. Ron ensured that all involved parties came out feeling like winners.

TLDR: I would strongly recommend Ron, without any ifs and buts!

When it comes to sell/buy house, Market trend, timing, preparation and luck should be followed to win the game, however they may not be achievable by individual efforts. However. I can confidently mention that I am lucky to work with Ron & Reali team since it was very smooth process from the beginning until closing. Ron is the best realtor we have worked with (we worked with a few others before we found Ron) and we are so glad we found him!

He is very patient, does not push you to make uncomfortable / hasty decisions. His estimates (CMA) are very accurate. Being first time home buyers, we were a bit hesitant and had a budget for each house that we did not want to cross. But we consistently observed that the homes eventually sold for an amount that Ron originally predicted and suggested to us.

He is extremely knowledgeable about Bay Area markets, genuinely cares about his clients, works incredibly hard but with a positive attitude and smile and you don't have to worry about being rushed into a purchase with Ron. Consider Ron the conductor of a symphony. He sets the tempo, calls on each section of the orchestra to do their magic at the appropriate time. Ron is professional, responsive and knows his stuff. He provided guidance on prepping the house for the photo/video shoot, giving us a checklist to get all the reports ready. He then shared comparables in the neighborhood to price the house appropriately for the market, ensuring we’d be successful out the gate.

In the age of real time info, Reali delivers. Ron set up alerts so we’d be informed of all showings. Rest assured, he actively screens requests so your home is not just open as a free-for-all. He noted one request came from an expired license and flagged it, to prevent tying up a time slot for another prospective and legitimate buyer. The takeaway is he pays attention!

The escrow process was great as well and I can continue boasting about this team but this might end up being a novel. There are so many great things to say about working with Ron and with the Reali team. Everyone kept us informed of progress and we closed! Do yourself a favor and work with Ron and the Reali team!
