Ron keeps it simple by removing the mystique from the process and thoroughly explaining the details up front. Everyone is treated with respect with a no-pressure approach. He believes in win-win negotiating- making the process into an art form.

Ron's Background and Experience
Ron has served buyers and sellers of homes, condominiums, lots, and acreage for over thirty-six years in the Puget Sound area. His diligence learned as an officer and pilot in the U.S. Navy and financial skills gained from ten years as a financial planner have served him well in real estate.
Through the years Ron has assisted many hundreds of first-time home buyers and continues to find real satisfaction in helping the first timers achieve their dreams of home ownership. In addition, Ron has earned his S.R.E.S designation and has become a specialist in serving the needs of seniors as their housing needs change.
