His career, in sales, spans over 16 years. Starting in litigation support, where he interacted daily with attorneys and paralegals managing projects for some of the Bay Area’s top law firms. In 2008, he started his own litigation support company, IData Discovery, where he learned leadership, negotiation, and project management skills. But throughout the years, real estate was always a dream that in 2014 became a reality when he joined Security Pacific Real Estate. He has not looked back since and loves his job!

His experience in sales and customer services has led to many happy clients selling and finding their homes. Ronald works with an amazing team of colleagues, who help with questions, research and guidance.
