I am very grateful to Ronald for helping me find my condo. He is patient and really seeks to understand the customer's needs and does not try to push a bad deal. On the contrary, he will offer you to visit only the properties that meet your demands and requirements, and will let you know about properties that may seem to be a good fit, but that he already knows have defects that you will not to like, such as region or any restrictions you might have shared with him. He knows the region around DC, MD and VA, understands real estate and knows what can be a good deal,. He is an excellent professional, ethical, honest, and a good person. I highly recommend his services.
