My wife and I recently used Ron for the purchase of a second home. Ron is a true professional with an excellent knowledge of the real estate industry and the market on Eastern Long Island. In the scouting phase I would send Ron addresses of potential homes that I saw on the internet and Ron would check-out these listings and send us a summary of his impression including pictures. Since we did not live in the area, this was a great help for us to refine the list of homes that we would visit. When it came to visiting houses, Ron was always eager to take us out and honest in his analysis. Once we had an accepted bid, Ron continued to assist us with inspections, to communicate with the owners and to ensure that we had a successful closing. We would definitely recommend Ron without reservation to family and friends.
