Nick Pfisterer was absolutely essential to the successful sale of my rental property. It was the most difficult end to end sales process either of us have seen, including multiple break-ins happening to the property while it was listed, multiple buyers dropping off for various reasons such as layoffs, multiple rounds of repairs needed to the property and even issues with Baltimore City. Nick displayed incredible patience and tenacity in dealing with every issue that came up, facilitated the necessary repairs with contractors and property managers, and drove this deal all the way through resolving last minute city government holdups. I am positive that most other realtors would have just given up on this one. Nick was absolutely key in getting this sale over the finish line and I highly recommend him.

I have purchased 2 homes using Rons team. They are all amazing, knowledgeable, patient and trustworthy. My husband was always a skeptic of using realtors but even he was sold on Ron. He gives it to you straight. Tells you if you’re making a good decision or not. Josh is also great and accommodating. Their support team is fantastic and they keep you in the loop through everything. I can’t say enough good things about this team. You can’t go wrong using them!!

My family needed to move quickly with the sale of our home. We chose Ron and his team because they were deeply embedded in the market, leveraged data and explained their thought process, responded very quickly, and made the process easy. Ron was involved in every step of the process and it was nice to have a single point of contact throughout. He coordinated the photos, video, signage, etc. without me having to arrange anything. Everyone showed up on time and had masks on, which we really appreciated. I’m a tough critic and this team was a well-oiled machine. I would use them again without thinking twice.

I worked with Jacob Booher as my realtor for 3 years, where he showed me over 30 rentals and homes for sale (I'm a little picky). I ran him all over town anytime I saw a house I liked. He took note of things he noticed were important to me in a home without me having to tell him, and offered great feedback about the pros and cons of each house we visited based on my needs. When it came time to purchase a home I finally loved, Jake was incredibly helpful, supportive, and responsive during the whole process. No matter what time I called or texted him with a question or a concern, his responses were almost immediate. He made the whole process a lot smoother than I had imagined it would be.
