RJ Thiele was born and raised in a small town in New York called Eldred. His lifetime of work experience gave him insight into many aspects of the real estate business. Rj comes from a long line of Contractors who have done all manner of Landscaping and Excavating. After moving from New York to Tennessee with his wife he got into the Roofing business and learned much there. Now taking the accumulated knowledge of property and channeling it into Real Estate.
Rj has been responsible for customer service nearly all his life becoming an integral part of his fathers business at an early age, after his move to Tennessee and into Roofing he was capable of working with many homeowners in middle tennessee with repairs, and full roof installations while fighting on their behalf with insurance companies. While in Landscaping and Excavating he was foreman of his own crew, and in Roofing he was the top Storm Damage specialist in Middle Tennessee for the company he was with.
On his goal to become the top realtor in Middle Tennessee, RJ continues to hone his skill and gain Knowledge in all things real estate. He is a member of the Williamson County Association of Realtors. With his background in Contracting his knowledge is greater than that of your standard Real Estate agent. He will help you find what you want and need, or sell what you currently have.
Rj was a volunteer firefighter in his hometown in New York before moving to Tennessee, he enjoys spending as much time with his wife and daughter as he can, and watching the Tennessee Titans.
