I have worked with Ron for 14 years and found him to be honest, patient and very conscientious. He has been the only realtor I have used during that time because he was always able to find the perfect tenants for my brownstone.
When I recently decided to sell my property, Ron went out of his way to guide me through the whole process, explaining the things I did not understand. He knows the local market so was able to find me the price I could expect through a detailed analysis. He worked closely with the real estate attorney and followed up for me on many occasions.
I have recommended Ron to many friends and will continue to do so in the future.

Ron went over and beyond to get the deal done and sell my condo. From his precise eye for detail, in terms of every little upgrade needed - from new lighting to staging, to ensuring the contractor returned to touch up grout and clean windows - he was exemplary. He knows the market extremely well and dealt with some tough questions and negotiating with the buyer. Ron also helped me rent the unit for a decade. He is an absolute pleasure to work with and always gets the job done at the highest level!
