We were searching for our dream house almost for few years and then we met Ron. He made it happen for us. 😊Working with Ron is such a breeze. We were very doubtful if we will get the house we like but Ron made it possible within days. He was so professional and helped us with all aspects including pre approvals. About a year and a half ago, my family and I had the pleasure of meeting Ron!! My husband and I were extremely clueless to homeownership or anything that goes along with it!
Ron so kind and patient helping us through the process, he helped us with getting our home financed with our mortgage company and through that locked us in with an extremely great deal! Now when I say, that Ron will be completely and utterly honest HE will!! We saw about 5 houses.
I really liked one house. It fit our needs to a tea. At the third house Ron said, do you want that first house? I said ummmm yessssss! He made a couple of calls and it was ours!! It was pure magic!!! He made it happen!
So if your in need of magic when buying a house!! RON is your guy! I can’t thank him enough!! We absolutely love our house and couldn’t of asked for a better team behind us!

Ron sets such a high bar for a listing agent! I’ve never had a better experience working with a realtor. He listens to your requirements as a seller, offers his informed opinion and allows you to drive the process based on your needs. He’s a considerate, compassionate and personable guy that is a lot of fun to work with. Also, the dude is a machine! If you reach out, he responds almost immediately and seems to never stop working until you get what you’re after.

We have worked with many relators and have always been underwhelmed with our experience. Ron came as a referral from a friend and we knew immediately we would be bringing him on to list our house. His response time is impressive and he made us feel like we were his only client. He was honest and open about everything which helped keep us in the loop while not feeling overwhelmed. He had alot of knowledge of many different areas and strategic ways to market our house to ensure we were getting best offers possible. His negotiation skills are not something to play with either - we could tell he was worth every penny when we watched him navigate our different offers!

He set expectations and then significantly overdelivered. Ron has set the bar for what we expect for a relator and my husband and I are beyond impressed. We have already referred him to everyone we know before we even closed and they have all signed him. If you're looking for a relator, this is your guy!

Ron really went the extra mile. From the early meeting in our kitchen Ron listened to our family’s specific retirement and relocation issues and responded with understanding and resolve. Ron really wanted to make a difference in our lives and in the life or our adult disabled son. And, he really did! We will be forever grateful for him.

That process included remodeling where necessary, painting, staging, listing, and selling and then following us to a new area and managing the building and purchase of a new home including an adjoining Accessory Dwelling Unit with wheelchair access. We truly felt like we were not just another business transaction, but that Ron and the whole Bee Murphy Team would be with us for the entire process.
