About Ronda
Named the 2021 National Association of Home Builders Woman of the Year, Ronda Conger oversees all areas of the company including day-to-day operations, marketing, new home sales, and community relations. Since 2003, she has been instrumental in guiding us to strengthen our position as Idaho’s #1 new construction home builder and further championing our commitment to community involvement.
Ronda began her career in 1993 with KB Homes in Las Vegas, one of the nation’s top five builders. While there, she held a variety of roles learning all aspects of home building from sales to marketing to warranties. In 1996, Ronda joined O’Neill Enterprises, a ULI Gold Nugget Land Developer in Boise, Idaho.
Ronda is an active member of the Boise business community where she has been awarded a 2023 Most Influential Women Leader to Watch and was recently recognized as a 2024 Most Inspiring Business Leader Revamping the Future.
She’s also a proud wife, mother of two sons, author of 5 books, and a full tank of gas.
Ronda is an active member of the Boise business community where she recently was awarded the 2018 St. Luke’s Children’s Hospital Luke award, serves on the advisory board of the St. Luke’s Children’s Hospital, has been a vital fundraiser for the Leukemia Lymphoma Society’s Light the Night Walk, and is a Board of Directors member for the Treasure Valley YMCA. She was named a 2017 Constructech Women in Construction, along with 2018 Woman of the Year by the Idaho Business Review.
