About Ronda

Chris and I have shared more than 40 years together and have proudly called Greenville home for over 30 of those years. We raised our two sons here, both of whom graduated from Clemson University and are now raising families of their own in Greenville. Today, we’re blessed to be “Mimi and Pappy” to four wonderful grandchildren, who we are fortunate to see and enjoy often.

My professional journey in real estate began as an office manager, where I supported agents with marketing and transaction details. That experience gave me a strong foundation in guiding clients from listing or contract all the way through closing. In 2002, after earning my real estate license, I discovered a true passion for working with buyers—helping people find the perfect home to match their lifestyle. Over time, I’ve also had the privilege of assisting many of those same clients with selling their homes, guiding them through one of life’s most important financial decisions. For me, the greatest compliment has always been the referrals and repeat business that come from long-term client relationships. As referrals grew and requests for assistance multiplied, I realized the need to expand in order to continue delivering the level of service I promised. In 2012, Chris joined me part-time, and together we launched Ronda Holder & Associates. His sales background quickly proved to be an invaluable asset, and in 2017 he became a full-time partner as our business continued to grow. Most recently, in 2025, we were thrilled to welcome Mamie Lovely to our team— again ensuring our clients receive the highest level of guidance, education, and support.
