Ronda had e-mails automatically sent to me that had houses that matched the criteria I wanted. Ronda would would get me a showing at houses I liked within 24 hours. Our lender (recommended by a friend) was absolutely horrible and she was able to guide us through that process even though it's not really her job. She intervened with late night emails and calls when the lender seemed to be behind on paperwork. She responded to all our questions immediately and was always on time and organized. At closing the difference between her demeanor and the seller's agent made me really thankful that I went with her. She was always focused on us (not her phone) but was still incredibly responsive to all of our inquiries. She gives 100% of her attention to each client that she has, it's amazing!
