Ronda Prewitt, our American Dream Real Estate agent, did a super nice job handling our house purchase in Springfield. She was constantly available to answer questions and help solve problems. She was constantly on top of things, making sure our t’s were crossed and our i’s dotted with the benefit of her expertise and always according to our interests as we expressed them. We've been working with Ronda for years, looking out for the perfect second home. She looked at many homes with us. Ronda was always well aware of what we wanted and needed and would not let us settle for less. Last summer we put ourselves on a timeline. We called Ronda, let her know our plan, and were putting offers on good houses by the end of summer. Ronda worked tirelessly to iron out contract details with the seller and lender so we could move into our new home just in time to host family Christmas. Now we're planning our vegetable garden while we watch the daffodils come up.
