Ronda helped my brother find his dream home. She showed him lots of houses that met his criteria, advised him on the condition of the houses, the area and helped him submit competitive offers. She answered all his questions (and ours:), held our hands in completing the sale and then provided help after closing with referrals for movers, housekeepers and a handyman. She even helped him move in a dining room! She was always available for a showing, phone call, text and email. We couldn't have asked for a more hands-on professional realtor. Rhonda was helpful in securing the purchase of my home. I contacted her out of state so our relationship was minimum. She also was helpful with questions I had about some things after the purchase. I did not ask her about other housing options and she did not offer any, however she did understand my reasons for purchasing this house. That said, I do not beleive there were any other options to be had in this area. So I am very thankful for all her help.

We met Ronda quite by chance while looking in the windows of a house for sale in Montrose. She offered to make an appointment and show us around. Thus was the start of a wonderful working relationship, culminating with the successful purchase of that house. Throughout the process, I would get text message reminders of what I needed to do, the status of our application, closing, and loan. She was “tougher” than I thought I was, with regards to the condition of the house and its amenities. Because we are still in Mississippi, we needed someone who would act on our behalf, and in whom we could have complete confidence. Ronda completely filled that expectation. And because our daughter lives in Montrose, she was willing to work with my daughter, in situations where we needed “eyes and ears” on the ground there, in order for things to go even more smoothly. I really can’t say enough. Our experience was professional, reliable, and successful. Completely happy with Ronda’s efforts. She is a superb Realtor.

We have hired many realtors in the past but never one that is so proactive as Ronda. If she says she is gonna do something it is done. She is very informative and truthful. Not just one of those realtors that tells you what you want to hear. She researches and finds the best information for your property. Here were some Internet suggestions on "How to Find a Good Realtor" and our added comments about Rhonda:
1. Choose the Person, Not The Experience
Rhonda works for you but also with you. She is easy to relate to and real.
2. Chemistry Is Key
Her marketing is not about her but about her listed properties. She strives to find what we wanted! We trust her enough that we are confident to refer her to friends. She is honest. Chemistry is the key. There is good chemistry between Rhonda and her clients. She is not pushy. When she shows a property, she gives all the information available, then she stands back and lets us take our time to look.
3. Seek Referrals
The right real estate agent is still a human-to-human choice. Referral is best. There's no bigger compliment to an agent than a referral from a past client or another real estate agent. Rhonda was referred to us by a very trusted, successful agent that we had worked with in the past.
4. Find Someone Who Has Your Best Interests At Heart
Rhonda did!!! She did not show bias. She also guided us through the closing, offering support.
5. Find An Agent You Can Trust
Rhonda listens and asks YOU questions to see what YOU want. It is great to be able to access the technology it takes to find options for purchase, but it takes a human being to understand and work to achieve YOUR specific goals. She is an agent that we can respect and trust.
6. Look For Passion, Conviction And Honest
Rhonda has passion, conviction and honesty. You want your agent to tell you what the market is doing and where we stand in buying property. She works hard for you.
7. Make Sure They Offer Adequate Team Support
She has adequate team support. We have seen this.
8. Check If They Mitigate Risk
She is realistic and can proactively mitigate risk. When asking about real estate, she used real data in her answers when it came to neighborhood-level market performance, and long-term impact of our decision to buy in the Montrose area.
9. Look for Strong Core Values
She has strong core values. Core values are important because you want to work with someone that plays by the same rules you do. For example, we are honest people who tell the truth. We wanted an agent who would be honest and tell the truth.
10. Find A Compassionate Agent Who Understands You
Let’s face it — a house is a stressful task. We needed an agent who was patient with us and our circumstances. We found this in Rhonda.

First and foremost, we felt completely comfortable talking and communicating with Rhonda. We never felt awkward or under undue pressure. If I had a quick question after hours, I felt comfortable calling her. She was the right fit. We were already under stress and pressure to make the move from the Front Range. After 48 years, this was the first time we bought property. We did not know the market. She was extremely helpful. It took a little bit for her to get what we wanted but she kept looking and, Bingo, she found exactly what we wanted.
