Ronda Smith

For Ronda Smith, the Lake Keowee area is not just her focus as a REALTOR, but it is also the place she calls home. A resident of The Reserve at Lake Keowee, Ronda served as an onsite sales agent at The Reserve for 14 years. However, she has been an Upstate native since 1968 and brings both passion and knowledge to her role serving sellers and buyers. Ronda is excited about her transition to a residential agent with Caine. Ronda's love affair with Lake Keowee began over 30 years ago with family boating adventures. In fact, it was on one of those outings that she discovered The Reserve, when the famous Great Lawn iconic to the central village portion of the luxury lake living community was under construction in 2002.

Prior to entering the real estate field, Ronda honed what she believes her strongest trait: listening to her clients. "I am a listener. I wait for my clients to reveal their lifestyle desires and real estate goals. Then, I work hard to help them find their perfect spot...there is nothing better than being a lot or home matchmaker for my clients." Many of Ronda's clients become friends and often neighbors, spending time together cruising Lake Keowee and enjoying the amenities The Reserve has to offer.

In her leisure hours, Ronda also spends time attending live music and entertaining with her husband, Alan. She has three grown children (all with wonderful spouses) and three adorable grandsons. Ronda loves spending time with her growing family. Ronda is also passionate about supporting others and has served on the board for the charitable foundation for The Reserve that provides philanthropic benefits to Pickens County residents in need.
