About Rondene E

Through our real estate experiences, we gain real estate wisdom. I am disciplined in my real estate career which opened very early on in my life. When I first began it was a job, I was a loan clerk at a bank on a Ledger card system if you can imagine. Interest rates had peaked at 16 percent. Quickly I climbed the ladder to the loan operations supervisor. The next job was loan processor/closer on to office manager. I've coordinated escrow for luxury home builders in Las Vegas, closing as many as fifty homes a month, servicing luxury real estate agents; however, following the subprime market fallout of 2008, experiencing homelessness myself, when an opportunity to move to commercial real estate opened. So I began again as an administrative assistant, promoted to analyzing large very large commercial property acquisitions, nationally out of Chicago, for the largest publicly traded REIT in the country. Real Estate Sales was one of the very last things I thought I would ever do and now I have a hard time figuring out why it took me so long to get here. It is the most rewarding, time after time again. Working alongside purchasers as they find the home they absolutely fall in love with. We begin the process of drafting a clean well thought offer, inspections, proactively meeting lender and appraisal requirements, to closing on their new investment. It is, it is an adventure for everyone involved, and there are so many real estate professionals and personalities involved with each and every transaction. Your realtor, yourself, your spouse, your family, your lender, the seller’s agent, the sellers, their spouse, the title company, attorneys, the teams that stand behind each of them, the list goes on and on.
