Ronita was absolutely fantastic to work with on buying our new home. She was hugely knowledgeable about the whole process start to finish (including stuff a first time buyer like myself does not know). She was great at answering all our questions, and trust me we had a lot, and we never once felt that we could not ring her and ask her anything. She had useful tips on what to look out for in our search, how to make our offers stronger, and how to protect ourselves during the whole process.This may seem like something she should be doing anyway, but Ronita has a great ability to break this all down for you so everything is fully understood and easy to control. Ronita is super friendly and easy to get on with, and works hard to get you what you are looking for in a home. Can’t thank her enough and would highly recommend her.

Highly recommended!! Great help from start to finish. I was not familiar with the Maryland area being from Virginia and she helped us to find the type of house and area we were seeking. The market is crazy right now and she stuck with it with us until we found our perfect home. Met with us on many days to take tours of the properties. Worked with us through the back and forth of offers as she talked with the seller agent to have a silky smooth transaction. She will take care of you, much appreciated. Ronita was wonderful to work with as we struggled in a really tough real estate market. She was very informative, responsive every day of the week (super important when houses were being sold after a handful of days on market), and gave us strong guidance on how to compete in the market while still being responsible. As first time homebuyers, we needed lots of advice which she was always able to provide. She was also very supportive when we did finally get our home, even giving us an incredibly generous house-warming gift. I would definitely recommend her services!

My wife and I had a great experience buying a home in Silver Spring with Ms. Mcrimmon. First and foremost, Ronita is incredibly responsive and kindly answered the myriad of questions we had as first-time home buyers. Second, she was patient with us when we asked for more detailed explanations about what different mortgage jargon and concepts really meant at the bottom line. Third, her advice on how to actually get an offer considered and competitive proved essential in landing our first home. Fourth and finally, Ronita has made connections in the past with other people in the Southern Maryland Real Estate and Mortgage fields and it shows; she's able to quickly find out details and information about properties that might not otherwise be available and work with all parties involved to get a deal through.

Ronita was a referral from a close friend. Ronita is very professional, and was responsive through the entire process. I worked with her for buying a new home as well as selling my old home. Of course buying a home is a stressful process, therefore for me I need someone to give me the possible options to allow me the space to make a good decision I can live with. Ronita was able to provide me with her knowledgeable expertise for reviewing financial forms with her accounting background as well as legal documentation, and in addition as she learned my personality (calm demeanor). She figured out how to give me the space needed and time to think when dealing with the sale of my old house. I am very happy with my decision of choosing her as my realtor and pleased with the outcome. I am very hard at rating a perfect score. She was definitely more than a 4 but giving a 5 since there is no 4.5! :) I would definitely refer her to another client.
