Ronnie Givargis

Ronnie Givargis is a Senior Vice President in Northmarq’s Los Angeles, California metro area. Givargis is an industry veteran with 25 years of experience in all facets of the real estate brokerage, development, and mortgage banking industries. He has closed more than $1.5 billion in transactions during his career. Before joining Northmarq, Givargis served as Senior Director at Stan Johnson Company.

Prior to Stan Johnson Company, Givargis worked at Allied Real Estate Investment Group where he was President and CEO. At Allied, he provided valuation services, capital arrangement, and advisory services for his clients.

Before starting his own company, Givargis worked as a real estate broker at Marcus & Millichap on the national retail group and special asset services team. Givargis has an extensive background in finance and lending, as he started his professional career in the mortgage banking industry before transitioning into real estate.
