Ronny Hecht

Ronny Hecht is the principal and founder behind the real estate development companies utilizing the Smart Living and Thrive-branded apartment communities. Mr. Hecht is also the founder and President of RAH Contractors, a multifamily construction company. He has over 30 years’ experience in real estate ownership, development, operations, property management for multi-family, industrial, office and retail properties mainly throughout Greater Houston. Since 2015, he has sponsored the development and/or construction of approximately 2,400 multifamily units.

He is a licensed attorney and received both an undergraduate degree in Accounting with high honors (‘85) and a law degree with honors (’88) from the University of Texas. Additionally, Mr. Hecht is a Texas real estate broker.
