Buying a house in this market is crazy. Things just don't make sense but you can't really put your life on hold so we were really glad to have Ronny's with us. Ronny was great and super helpful during our buying process. He wasn't pushy and let us make our own decisions while giving us much needed advice in this market or when we reached out for it.

Me and my wife went to see a bunch of houses through different prices ranges and places but Ronny was always available to meet us and guide us through it all. We ended up purchasing a home with his help and he helped make us feel taken care of during it. Its easy to think you can do this all by yourself but when it comes to making sure you're well protected with verbiage and signing documents Ronny was a godsend for me and my wife. Small things are easily forgotten or not even noticed and for us being first time home buyers it would be impossible for us to navigate the process properly. Its can be quite overwhelming at times.

We wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone else looking for an agent in San Diego.

Ronny is informative and patient beyond belief. He explains and answers questions to help us/me understand the buying home process. We purchased our home with his help. He is responsive, which I needed to follow through with buying a home and he respects our pace and seems to have tremendous flexibility. We were looking for a knowledgeable honest agent and learned quickly he was going to be our guy for our home purchase. As long as he is available we will be utilizing his service.
