Rony was absolutely amazing in helping us find our home. He was tremendously patient when viewing the numerous properties that I had chosen from his accurate listings of what we desired in a home. We must have seen four dozen or so different properties. He was there to show every single property at a time that was convenient for me, and some I requested to see two or three times.

His patience is endless. Given the difficulties of navigating the CPS school system, we ultimately put our condo search on hold until we find out what high school our 7th grader is going to go to. Even after all of the weeks at looking at properties, Rony was incredibly kind enough to instead switch our focus to finding an apartment that we love!

We definitely recommend using Rony for finding your home. Whether it be purchasing a first time condo and all of the difficulties that come with putting in an offer, navigating the loan process and finding inspectors, etc., Rony is incredibly knowledgeable and resourceful and makes it happen. Or if you’re in search of an apartment, Rony is available to match that as well. We will not hesitate to recommend him in all of home buying or renting needs!!
