I believe being introduced and being able to work with Roo was supposed to happen. My girlfriend and I were looking into buying a home in DE and Roo got assigned to us. From having a loan officer who seemed incompetent at times, and dealing with a seller who backed out of a deal last minute in order to jack up the price another 20k due to greed, she was fighting for us every step of the way. With patience and guidance from “Mama Bear”( because she took care of us as we were her kids), we finally closed on a beautiful home four months later. I believe everything happens for a reason and was satisfied how everything played out. I would recommend working with Roo and will do so in the near future. It’s been a pleasure to work with someone that actually cares and takes her profession serious and looks out for her people. Much love and respect!

Update. Worked with Roo and she has become family. One thing I have to say is she is not your regular Realtor she is Roo . Takes time to understand your needs and wants and puts in that extra touch. If there is anyone I would go to sleep recommending it would be her over and over again. She has shown it’s not about closing and moving on . It’s about been there now and tomorrow and forever. Not regretted working with her or recommending her to everyone and won’t stop .

I cannot say enough about Roo. We were in a position where are current landlord wanted to sell. Before we had reached out to Roo we emailed EVERY rental/apartment we could find just to hear that there was nothing in the time frame we needed.
After a couple weeks of searching on our own we reached out to Roo based on a recommendation from a good friend. It was the BEST decision we could have made. After a week, we found a rental that we were interested in and in our budget. Roo sent our application and we were approved next day! We were obviously in shock given how competitive the market is.
We had more than our fair share of difficulty with the property management company and Roo was there to back us EVERY step of the way until we got our keys. She called and talked me down from being in a panic SO many times. If we hadn't had her support we may have pulled out after we got our keys late. I am SO thankful for Roo. My family is SO thankful for Roo.

Not only did we wind up with a realtor, but we got a friend!
