I am proud to work in this city because not only does it have one of the largest multicultural populations with the most affordable real estate market around, but it is also my home!

Buying a home: Count on me to negotiate for the best possible purchase price of your home. I will guide you to start the process, and provide you with helpful information about; school, taxes, utility and services providers in your selected neighborhood.
Selling a Home: I will provide you with a complimentary Comparative Market Analysis, help you to set the right price to get the right offer, and provide you with a customized Marketing Plan with media exposure designed to create competition for your property among qualified buyers.
Buying a Lot or New or to be built home: I will be the negotiator between you and the Builder to ensure you get all incentives to upgrade or personalize your new home. I will periodically provide you with the status of the construction process until move in date.
