Rosa DeCastro

Rosa came to Lynnway Associates after a successful banking career spanning over 30 years.
Learning valuable customer service skills initiated as Bank Teller, Rosa rose through the ranks in various roles including Business Development Officer, Branch Manager then Vice President.
Recruited by Lynnway Associates to enhance an already "seasoned team," Rosa's focus is servicing Buyers and Sellers of residential and commercial real estate. Because of her diligent efforts and loyal customer base, many of her clients have followed her from banking to real estate, where she assists buyers and sellers throughout the home buying or selling process. Coupled with her years of service in banking, Rosa thoroughly understands the mortgage process, which adds tremendous value to her clients.
Her professional mannerisms have earned her the respect and gratitude of loyal clients and customers who became lifelong friends. Rosa is the proud Mom of two children, a grandmother who resides in Saugus with her husband, Wilson.
