Rose guided us exceptionally well throughout the process of renting our home. She was available to answer our questions when we needed and worked very efficiently screening all applicants and communicating with both parties once a tenant was selected. She did all of this with a positive attitude and a very warm personality. Which went a long way during a time where my wife and I were stressed enough as is, moving onto a new chapter in our lives. Even when the contracts were completed, she still checked in from time to time to make sure all was going well with the tenants.
