You constantly think of what can be said about Mrs. Levy that people don’t already know. I’ve recently gotten married and moved to Georgia all at once. Months later I decided to sell my house. Of course , everything needed to be done by phone calls and electronically. Mrs. Levy is so confident and ensured everything will work out just fine in my absence. The pictures were taken and posted on the site in a matter of days. Everything was moving so fast, I didn’t have time to wrap my head around the spin. She was able to setup all the appointments between my sons school and work schedule. I know I’m not her only client but she makes you seem as though you are her only client at the moment. Unfortunately in the mist of the tours my son got sick. She turned into Auntie-mom(even though she didn't know my son) mode to ensure my son is feeling better and doing what he needs to do in order to stay healthy in my absence. She reached out to my HOA office for their inspector, the regular inspector and the the cleaning company. Mrs. Levy made this top notch as if it was her house being sold. She is the one you need in your corner if you are buying or selling a house. She starts off as just a professional realtor then ends up being a professional realtor and a family member. Working with Rosalind was a blessing. I reached out to her and she was able to help my family and I get into our first home. I was overseas and the time difference was off but no matter the time, she responded. She was able to provide me with video recording of the home within hours of me telling her I was interested. She walked me through each step and made sure I was comfortable. After closing on the home, I had minor issues and she called and checked still after closing on the home to see how my family and I settled in. Against all the odds put against her i.e. noncompliant, unresponsive and horrible selling agent, unresponsive sellers, and shady contractors, she fought to get me everything that I deserved. Through this process I have gained a friend and family member. I am forever grateful to Ros. I'm a first time home buyer and Rosalind, took away many of my fears with buying a home, by explaining things in detail. She was extremely patient with me, and never rushed me into making a decision. Rosalind was VERY professional. I started the process in October and found my home in December with a closing date of January 31st. She was always available when I needed her and always prompt when getting answers to any and all questions I had. I was able to negotiate the price of the home as well as getting assistance with the closing costs which made the buying and closing process run smoothly.
