I have experienced varied markets and interest rate projections...from the high teens in the late 80's into the 90's to the very low recent rates. My work has not always been easy with the changing markets; it takes sticktuitiveness and facing challenges. But in every season there will always be buyers and sellers who need assistance in varied ways...emotional support, financial know how, and referrals for legal counsel. As a Realtor I realize mine is an important work to inform and guide prospects and clients.
