We highly recommend Rosanne for your real estate needs! We just finished selling our home with Rosanne's help. She was thorough and honest about the things we needed to do to enable our house to draw top dollar. She let us know which things would affect our outcome, like whether we chose to put on a new roof (or not), repaint, etc. Rosanne was very easy to work with because she didn't pressure us toward any particular outcome, but wanted us to be informed about our choices and their impact.

Rosanne was also strategically wise in how we managed multiple offers. With the insights Rosanne shared, we were able to pick an offer from buyers with confidence, based on the various offers and how they were likely to impact our outcome.

Simply put, Rosanne is very professional, knowledgeable, personable, and easy to work with! I'd enlist Rosanne's help again in a heartbeat, and won't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for help buying or selling their home.

My wife and I used Rosanne as our agent when we bought our first house last week. Going into the home buying process I heard a lot about how stressful everything would be. Thanks to Rosanne, that was not the case for us at all. She was extremely patient, kind, informative and careful from start to finish.
