I absolutely love what I do. I love educating my clients on the current market, helping my seller clients prepare their home for sale, and listening to my buyer clients’ wants and needs so I can best help them find the perfect property. I believe and work by the philosophy of Real Estate BEYOND the Sale. I have built my business by building lifelong relationships with my clients. It’s not about the sale; it’s about the relationship and what my clients’ needs and wants are. My goal is to retain the relationship for years to come after the sale and to be their real estate expert for as long as they need.
I have relocated 18 times giving me first-hand knowledge of the relocation process. I have lived in Pennsylvania, Arizona, California, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington. I’ve been married for 33 years, I have 3 children, and a very spoiled Labrador Retriever. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, hiking, photography, kayaking and anything to do with nature.
I believe education and experience are important to staying on top of the ever-changing technology for marketing and systems. Continuing education is important to me. I have earned various designations including Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Luxury Fine Homes Specialist, Certified Relocation Specialist, Short Sale and Foreclosure (SFR), ePro Certificate and Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI).
