With all the bidding wars in the past 2 years we knew we needed a good agent to help us get the house we wanted. So we did some research to find the best agent and picked Rose Ciardiello based on online reviews. Rose turned out to be an AMAZING agent; professional, patient (took us 2 years and 20-30 showings to find our house!), responsive, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. It’s really no accident that she has so many great reviews and a reputation for being the best agent on the shoreline. Do yourself a favor and get in touch with Rose and you will see what I mean.

7 years ago, Rose was the first agent to return my call and work with my wife and I to help us find our condo. And now, Rose was so patient and helpful in finding us our forever home. Rose goes above and beyond for her clients and made us feel like family, not another sale, throughout the entire process. Rose Ciardiello is an amazing real estate agent who leaves no detail to chance or unchecked. We used her for both the purchase of our home and for a listing and she has been excellent at representing us in both ends of real estate transactions. She is knowledgeable and completely transparent, honest, and on top of the market pricing. Her team did an excellent job in advising us on staging so that photographs and the house showed in the best possible light. She also does a fantastic job showing the house, understanding all the information we gave her or making sure she promptly responds to buyers questions. She also gives excellent recommendations for handymen, painters, and lawyers--whatever is needed for a smooth sale and move.

Rose is by far the most competent Realitor on the shoreline. She is dedicated to the client 100%. Rose listed and sold my in-law's house. After interviewing a number of realtors, it was obvious Rose was the right choice. Rose did a tremendous job with the staging, photos, sales strategy and marketing. Rose told us up front this would happen and she was right. Within a few days, we had multiple offers all above listing price and most of them cash. We had some challenges with the property after it was under contract and Rose worked through them with us and brought the sale to a close. After working with Rose, it’s obvious why she is the top producer in the area. Rose knows her business, knows the local market, works incredibly hard, is always available and gets the job done!

I’d encourage anyone looking for a realtor to look at the number of homes sold by the realtors you’re considering. It will be obvious Rose is the right choice. There is no one in the same league!
