Rose Evers

A realtor since 2003, Rose Evers specializes in residential real estate sales and custom home development and remodeling projects with general building contractors. She and her husband, Jeff of JE Construction, have built several masterfully crafted homes from the ground up and are experts in helping remodeling clients successfully maneuver through the complexities of all aspects of upgrading, from the first permit to the final inspection.

Rose offers attention to detail, a dedicated work ethic and the ability to be honest and direct. Rose's keen communication skills and strong knowledge of various locales were honed by her decade-plus years of experience as a television and print journalism reporter in Monterey County. A resident of the Pastures of Heaven in Corral de Tierra, she’s a volunteer with her children’s schools and sports leagues as well as a project leader for the San Benancio 4-H club.
