As a first-time home buy, the process was intimidating. We were fortunate enough to have been referred to Rose by a coworker, who also bought his home through the help of Rose. Among the realtors I encountered, Rose is the best. She is patient and doesn't push you to make decision. Through the offering to closing escrow, she tried her best to smoothen the process and strive for the our best interest. We definitely ask Rose again, if we were to buy another home.

I have had the pleasure of knowing Rose Fletcher for about a year and a half now. Rose originally was the property manager for a home we rented in Scripps Ranch and when it came time for us to buy a house we opted to have her help us find our home. Rose was fantastic. I feel she went above and beyond the expectations we had for a realtor. She had numerous house for us to see almost immediately. She spent time really listening to what was important to us in a home and she did such a great job finding exactly what we wanted. She made herself available to answer my millions of questions and if she couldn't answer immediately, she always did so in a timely manner. If I were to recommend Rose to a friend (I definitely will) I would say she is a very caring person which makes her an incredible realtor. Because she cares to listen and really hear what is important to you she makes the home buying process easy. SHe was thorough and walked through every step of the process. Rose Fletcher came into our life at the perfect time. We feel very blessed to have been able to work with her.

My friend strongly referred Rose to me when she heard that I planned to invest in a property in the US. My experience of property purchase in San Diego proved my friend's comments that Rose is a very professional and thoughtful person. Without her help and effort, I would not be able to buy that nice condo successfully and rent out with no delay. It is a difficult task even to myself because a lot of unexpected issues came up and I was very impressed by her persistence, patience, and professionalism in the whole course that she kept giving me advice and encouraging me to overcome the difficulties. I appreciate all the effort she took and the good suggestions she gave to me. I will recommend her to my friends because she is bright person, experienced and trustworthy.
