Steve and Rose Gonzales are a great team and are FAN-FREAKING-TASTIC!!! We loooooved working with them. They made the selling process so easy and helped me and my husband understand what was happening every step of the way . Steve was especially helpful…… he came to help load up some boxes 📦 on our truck. Who does THAT! Haha…in fact, his organizational skills were very helpful in getting everything to fit just right. I know crazy, but it’s the truth!

We discovered Rose and Steve Gonzales through a YouTube video series which they regularly post. We were impressed with their thoroughness and their personalities were very inviting. They also included a wide variety of information regarding the local areas, such as restaurants, shopping, recreational and driving tours— which really helped! We contacted them and they began helping us immediately. When we traveled to meet them and tour homes we found them warm, enthusiastic and passionate about the area and their profession as a realtor. They were supportive, understanding and comfortable to communicate with.

As we continued to pack and prepare to move they were always supportive in helping us with any questions, requests and information regarding possible homes we liked, both from the frequent lists of homes they considered a possible match and any home we sent them from our own research. They did a number of video walkthroughs which we found extremely helpful and supportive.

When we found the home we wanted they held our hand though the whole difficult process of distance buying. They were, and still are, extremely supportive in the difficult, complicated process of buying a home. Every question, concern and panic they were there with help in anyway they could. We greatly appreciate their effort and continued support.

Rockstar Real estate professionals! Rose and Steve helped us find our home. We wanted to jump right into buying a home at a place we've never been to. We started the process while we were enroute coming from overseas. With Steve's video work, we were able to pick a home, make an offer, and contracted without having physically visited the home. Notably we were able to close within 2.5 weeks through their hard work. What we appreciated the most about Rose and Steve is they made the process smooth and stress free. Rose and Steven were awesome! I was on a very short timeline to find a house. We searched for four days, found one and put in the offer. During the week we were closing I was driving across the country without a computer and minimal cell service. They handled the everything and made sure we stayed on timeline. When they got the word and the keys to the place it was late on Friday night. They drove over right away and let me into my new place. 10/10 would work with them again.

Rose was referred to us by our lender and I'm so glad we ended up working with her. We started looking at homes prior to Covid-19 hitting the US. We couldn't catch a break at that time as we were constantly being outbid on the homes we wrote offers on. We ended up taking a brief break during the shelter in place and then we started looking again in June. Rose worked tirelessly trying to help us find "the one". She must have shown us at least 50 homes in person over the past 10 months. If we were interested in a home, she would act right away and try to get a hold of the seller's realtor to set up a viewing and get us information and disclosures. If we really liked a home she would try to help us write the most competitive offer while staying conscious of our budget. She would get hopeful with us after submitting the offers and she would get disappointed for us when our offer was passed on and our little hearts were broken. She always remained positive, supportive and continued to encourage us, letting us know that our home will come soon enough. She always responded to us immediately or she would let us know way in advance if she wouldn't be available. I mean this woman works from 5:00am until 10:00pm, 7 days a week if necessary. She's seriously Wonder Woman. Besides her amazing work ethic, Rose is kind, funny, and genuinely caring. She was our realtor, but she became our forever friend.
On August 3rd, we submitted an offer on a house we loved, on August 5th our offer was accepted, and today on August 25th, we became homeowners. We couldn't have done it without her. If you need a realtor, Rose is your gal. I promise you won't regret it. She will be our realtor for life. Nothing I could say could ever compare to the praise she deserves. Thank you, Rose!! Where to start? We were referred to Rose by our lender, we first spoke via zoom where she spent the time to get to know us, and then took notes on all of our needs and wants. Within a couple of hours she had a list of houses for us to look at based on everything we had talked about! As we went through the whole process, she was always available at any time for any question without hesitation or judgement (I would sometimes preface my questions with "this might be a dumb question but...." Even if they were, she never let me know!😂)

Rose is everything you could want in a realtor. She is genuine, friendly, punctual, and really cares about her clients. We were between two homes and she actually suggested we go with the (significantly) less expensive of the two because it fit our lifestyle better! How genuine and honest of a person do you have to be to say no to extra money because it makes more sense for some people you just met 10 days earlier?!

Once it came time for the offer and negotiations, Rose went to bat for us time and time again. We had some difficult sellers that made the process much harder for us.... But, thanks to Rose, I never knew about it until later! She would always call me after the fact and say "Hey, I didn't want to worry you on this, so I worked through it the last couple of days and now we are here... Does that sound good?" And it always was, because Rose doesn't bring something to you unless it's good!

So very happy that we were referred to Rose. I honestly don't know where we would be if we had anyone else working with us! It was by far the most stress free home buying experience I've ever had. I will strongly recommend her expertise to everyone in the market to buy or sell!!!

I met Rose at an open house she was having for another client. I was beginning my search for a home in Livermore, and I didn't have a local agent yet. I was so impressed by Rose's presentation, and integrity at the open house that I decided to ask her to be my agent.
What a roller coaster ride it was, but Rose was there with us the whole way. Through getting outbid on a property (sad), to visiting a place that we are certain was not only condemned but probably haunted (we are knuckleheads and found this one doozy ourselves), Rose supported us with her positive energy, knowledge and experience. She never once faltered in her optimism, even when we were super discouraged. She was always a cheerleader and the cool-headed voice of reason.
We finally found a lovely condo in a perfect location that we closed on super quick and we now call home. I highly recommend Rose to new home buyers, sellers, and anyone who wants an agent who is a true ally, and who isn't trying to pressure you into making any rushed decisions. I was apprehensive about mentioning the idea out loud but when I told Rose that we were considering it, it was just a cool, calm conversation with a friend. As life turned upside down for me I turned to rose to help me look for a home, she was happy to show me as many as I liked. Her patience where amazing as I’m picky and won’t settle for just anything. Finally found a home now came the hard part as I had to sell my house. They gave her 5 days to have it fully in escrow. I had 2 days to pack and so she got 1 day to stage and 2 days to sell the home. No matter how hot the market that’s pretty much unheard off but she did it. She sold my house in 2 days so I was able to get the home I wanted. There are so many realtors out there and buying or selling or both are very stressful and hard so get yourself a person who will help you take off the stress and do whatever it takes. Try rose you will so not be disappointed . I would give the 10 stars if it was a option. Thanks rose you are the best.

I had a great experience with Rose. She knows exactly everything you need to know regarding buying your house. This was my first time buying a house, and let me tell you Rose went above and beyond on educating me in the process of purchasing my first house. I would recommend her to all my family and friends. She is going to tell you the honest truth about the property. She answered all my questions and concerns. She did all the research before having me see the houses. I work for a local fire department and at times, I was unable to attend the open houses, Rose went to all the open houses and videotaped the entire property so I can see it first-hand.
