There are realtors and then there is Rose and her TEAM. Rose was always there when I needed her, whether to vent, or answer a simple question. Rose came into our home, giving us great pre sale advice, while making us feel comfortable all along the way. Best part was 31k over asking! If you want a true pro, hire this lady whether to buy or sell, you will not be disappointed. We did not just gain a realtor, we gained friends in Rose and her husband Larry. If you’re looking for a Realtor who goes the extra mile you have found her. Rose and her entire team have really treated us like family from our first meeting to now, over a year after our home sale & purchase. Rose is thorough, thoughtful, and tough as nails! My wife and I hooked up with Rose through our son Steven and his wife. She was highly recommend. I was from out of state and was needing to sell my uncles home, and not knowing anyone in the area made it a challenge but with Rose's help she made it very doable and not so challenging. She was very professional and always responded in a timely manner no matter what I needed. It was the fastest selling and closing on a home that I had ever had. She worked hard trying to get the most for my money. I would highly recommend her and would use her again.

Using Rose to help us sell our home was the best choice we could have made. We made a "spur of the moment" decision to sell and she advised us on how to get the house ready to list. We followed her direction for things to do around the house to get the price we wanted and every time we needed a job done, she "had a guy" that could help us make it happen. In the middle of the process, my husband and I got married and went on honeymoon, and Rose made sure everything was taken care of while we were away. From the beginning to the end, she was there to with the help and resources we needed. She's the best realtor ever!

Rose is an absolutely exceptional realtor and person. When my husband and I were originally house hunting we did not have a realtor but met Rose at one of the homes we were interested in. As the listing agent, we were so impressed at her knowledge of the property and ability to answer all of our many questions. That was when we decided she should represent us in our house hunt. We had a very specific list of “must haves” and it made finding the right home for us very difficult. Rose showed us home after home without ever making us feel like she was put out by our continued no’s on property after property. The homes she presented were gorgeous but we were very inflexible in our check list. She always made herself available to us when we needed her, she never gave up on us, she really gave her everything in finding us our forever home. I truly can’t say enough about what a wonderful experience we had with Rose. She found us an amazing loan officer as well! We’ve been in our home for over 4 years now and we love it more now than we did when we purchased it! She found our perfect fit. Any person who has ever mentioned needing a realtor, she is the only person we recommend. Should we ever decide to move again, Rose is definitely our go-to agent. I know that she would again find our perfect fit as well as get us top dollar for our current home and move our property lightening fast!
