About Rose

Rose Parsons is a graduate of The University of Bahia where she received a Bachelor Degree in Architecture and Urban Planning in 1997. After her graduation, she handled various projects in Brazil, including historic buildings, both commercial and residential. Several years later in 2000 she launched her career in the United States after obtaining a work visa through a Structural Engineer in Miami. Since then she has been involved in many projects as the owner and operating Architect for the Architecture & Design Corporation. She also served as a consultant for several architectural firms in Miami and the Tampa Bay area. Determination , integrity and hard work has always been her commitment with her passion for architecture and people. Because of her passion for people and architecture, she obtained her real estate license and became a Realtor where she joined the largest Office in Florida With Charles Rutenberg.

She is dedicated to provide the finest service available, and will always go the extra mile, with a smile, to help you achieve your goals.

Meeting new people and helping clients find the right house to call home is her passion. Her client dedication and love of helping others are what motivate her most. Naturally, Rose loves the subject of architecture.
