Rashida Shams is a excellent real estate professional broker. She makes all of her clients feel special as she handles your property needs. I met Rashida(Rose) in a real estate group, her and I are a part of. I got to see her professionalism. When I decide to sell my property that my business partner and I were flipping, I looked to Rose.

She came out to the property and gave great selling advise on what would make the property move fast and what people in the area were looking for during these times in real estate.

We made the changes and listened to her advise. The house was on the market for 2 or 3 days and we had an offer. I believe her knowledge of the market helped alot with that transation. She knows area select, pricing, design and much much more when it comes to real estate.

Rose is a follow thru person, she doesn't leave you during the process to figure things out. She is very hands on person with her real estate bsuiness.
