Roseann's success is attributed to years of custom home sales and an intimate understanding of high-end construction. Client relationships are the hallmark of her business.
She started in the real estate business in 1982 in Boca Raton, FL after a career in the luxury jewelry business in sales and management. Her introduction to real estate began in on-site sales for a family development and then evolved in starting Procacci Real Estate, specializing in waterfront and oceanfront properties in S. Palm Beach County. Roseann's husband, Douglas, became a licensed Florida General Contractor in 1985 and this began a lifelong relationship of custom home building and real estate sales. Herrington Homes was formed in 1994 in Naples, FL and then they moved their headquarters to Asheville in 2005. Shortly after moving to The Cliffs at Walnut Cove in 2007, Roseann became a North Carolina real estate broker. With years of experience in luxury home construction and real estate sales, Roseann, affiliated with Walnut Cove Realty in 2013. A community resident for 14 years, Roseann is intimately familiar with the Cliffs Clubs membership, residential inventory- both homes and lots.
A native Floridian, Roseann Cioce, grew up in Miami and Hollywood, FL. After graduating high school, she attended Loyola University of New Orleans and Loyola of Rome, Italy. This experience began a life-long love of Italian culture and heritage. To this day, she visits Italy as often as possible. In 1984 a new journey began with marriage to Douglas Cioce and over the next decade, the birth of their three sons. They feel fortunate to have two sons in Asheville and one close by in Charlotte. Their heritage is exemplified by their commitment to family. A "Sempre Famiglia" placard is prominent in the Cioce home.
