What can I say? Roseann is the best. She has helped me more times than I can count. Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful. Not enough good things I can say. She’s honest and knows how to find what I’ve been looking for. I have never met someone who is so in tune with what the buyer wants and finds it so quickly. There’s no one else I will ever use as my realtor!

Roseann was a sweetheart from the start! As first time renters, she was incredibly responsive with any and all of our silly questions. She also brought all of her concerns to light and that made trusting her very easy. We matched with our perfect place quickly, thanks to her. Roseanne is an awesome realtor. I was renting a property on the third floor of my home during the off season. She not only found me the perfect tenants, but she played amateur psychologist as I went through the ups and downs of worrying that I would rent it in an off market. She never made me feel like I was being needy, and guided me through every step of the way, and was always reassuring. She is very knowledgeable and I would not hesitate to user again and again. I felt like she really got me and what I needed. I would give her 10 Stars if I could.

She is an excellent communicator and problem solver. She is polite, friendly and has great client relation skills, but she is a real pitbull as a negotiator and client advocate.

Roseann is that rockstar real estate agent that you hear about, but never actually find.

I had a real estate purchase that kept getting stalled and sidelined by everyone. I was getting very frustrated, and I was ready to just give up. I found her name through a google search, and I am so fortunate I did. I explained my issues and how frustrated I was over the phone. The very next day, our deal was back moving along in a fast and efficient manner.

Roseann is an excellent communicator and problem solver. She kept a nice line of electronic communication open with me knowing my busy working schedule which is so appreciated.

She is polite, friendly and has great client relation skills, but she is a real pitbull as a negotiator and client advocate.

You can't go wrong with a real estate agent like Roseann. I am in her debt for how she changed the course of my real estate deal.

Roseann's excellent interpersonal skills, pace in answering texts and humanity is unmatched. I do not know how I can thank her. Due to tragic personal reasons, I had complications with my lease and because I was not able to spend my year at the house that I have originally rented, I had to find a replacement tenant immediately. Roseann not only helped me to find this person, but has kindly assisted me in helping prospective tenants have a tour, providing them the necessary information and enabling a smooth application and lease transfer process for both the replacement tenant and myself. I could not have asked for a better person to work with, and I am glad that our roads have intersected.

Roseann agreed to represent me in my search to find a house to purchase in the New Haven area. Given the low inventory, Roseann then agreed, without hesitation, to expand my search to encompass most of southern and eastern CT. She worked seemingly 24/7 to find a home for me and, because I was an out of state buyer, FaceTimed several houses and neighborhoods with me. She also took the time to send me videos of houses. Additionally, Roseann demonstrated great skill in putting together and presenting offers. I feel as though Roseann could not have worked any harder. Further, she always promptly responded to my texts, calls and emails. And she was extremely pleasant throughout the process. I have no idea how she managed to do this as she simultaneously was working with other clients. She absolutely went above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend her. She will not disappoint!

Roseann is truly a gem and a pleasure to work with! She helped us find our first apartment when we were coming from out of state. She is very knowledgeable about the area. She showed us 2 places and was honest that she would actually get paid more if we picked option A, but thinks option B would be a better fit for us. We appreciated that transparency. When it was time for us to relocate to a different apartment, we knew we could count on Roseann again. In less than 36 hours, she sent us a listing, showed the apartment to us twice in one day, prepared our application, and had us approved. Highly recommend!
