I’ve used Roseann as a referral agent a couple times now and she is absolutely awesome. She knows her area very well and works extremely hard for her clients. She is easily my number 1 go to agent in the New Jersey area. I highly recommend her and can always trust my referrals will be taken care of.

As a first time house buyer I can honestly say that I was nervous and not sure how the entire process worked. When I decided that I wanted to bite the bullet and buy a house i reached out to Roseann and from that point on I knew that I had made the right decision. Roseann had made this process as smooth as possible from researching houses that met my criteria to answering my phone calls and texts of all hours of the day and night. When we finally found a house that met all my check boxes I had texted Roseann and a few minutes later she had called me and said that she had already gotten off the phone with the sellers realtor and scheduled a viewing. This all had happened with the house being listed for only a few hours. After seeing the house Roseann had quickly gotten my offer in and kept on top of the seller who then accepted my offer. Throughout this process Roseann had kept me informed on all the processes and steps that needed to take place. Roseann has gone above and beyond for me and even after the sale she has kept in touch constantly asking what she can do to help and continues to ask how things are going. She is a true shark of a real estate agent and won’t stop until her clients are satisfied. Truly a great experience and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to rent, buy, or sell.
