As a first time home buyer moving to Michigan from another state, I am so glad I had Roseanne on my side to help me find the perfect home! Roseanne offered to check out homes for me and video chat the walk through when I couldn't travel to Michigan, and worked around my schedule when I was able to come. Roseanne would be very honest during the walk through and point out things like if the window or sliding doors were old and needed to be changed and the possible cost of changing them, if there was a smell in the house, if the floors would creak as she walked through the home, etc. So even when it was a video tour, I felt like I got a good picture of how the home was. Not only that, but she was also amazing about letting me know about all the next steps in the home buying process, so that I would know what to prepare for. I cant say enough positive things about Roseanne! If and when I decide to move and sell my current place, I will definitely be contacting her!

Roseanne has been our agent through two moves and will definitely be our agent any time in the future. She sold our first house right after the real estate bubble popped and still got a great price for us. Most recently we were purchasing a beautiful brick home at an extremely reasonable price. It had a complicated ownership status (probate, foreclosure, renters not moving out, you name it, but we wanted it bad) and she remained calm, stayed on top of things and navigated our purchase for our offer. Finally, if you’re spending a lot of time with an agent, it’s a plus if they are personable and easy to be around. Roseanne is all of that. I highly recommend her.
