Roseline Cristanelli

Roseline Cristanelli is the Designated Broker and Owner of Reliance First Realty, specializing in both residential and commercial real estate transaction as well as property management in Greater Phoenix, Arizona. She has been a resident of Tempe for more than 30 years.

As the broker, owner, and founder of Reliance First Realty, Roseline models the brokerage after her vision and sets the company’s service standards. In the last ten years, her business has been 100% referral based, mostly from past clients and people she knows in her many networks. She and her husband Tony, who joined her brokerage in 2021 after retiring from the corporate world, work as a team taking care of clients and customers. Combining with Tony's experience in healthcare finance, start-ups, global commerce, and oil refinery engineering, Roseline, bringing to the table her negotiation skill, risk management expertise, and research analytical talent, is able to expand her business to serving real estate investors in commercial real estate and property management, in addition to providing full concierge services to her existing residential real estate clients.

Roseline currently holds, or has held, several certificates and designations. She is a CRS, GRI, PMN, and MCNE designee; and a CCIM candidate. She has the following certifications: Certified Relocation Specialist (WERC), Certified International Property Specialist (NAR), Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (NAR), C2EX (NAR), and Certified Residential Property Manager (AAR). She is the 2024 President-Elect for Women's Council of REALTORS Arizona East Valley Network, and 2024 Chair of Housing Opportunities Committee for Scottsdale REALTORS. She also serves on the Professional Standard Committee for both Arizona REALTORS and WeSERV REALTORS Southeast Valley Associations.


Growing up in an Air-Force military village in Taiwan, Roseline Cristanelli came to United States for graduate school in Albany, New York, with two suitcases in 1992. She knew no one and barely spoke English.

For the next two decades, Roseline had a successful career as a librarian in public libraries and community colleges, and made Tempe, Arizona, her home, before starting a family and an adventure in real estate fifteen years ago.

As a transplant, Roseline is deeply in tune with people's relationships with places; she knows how liberating it can be to put down roots and to have a sanctuary where people are free to not only be themselves but be a part of the greater community.

She is a graduate of Tempe Leadership Class XXIX and Phoenix Public Library Leadership Academy. She is also a long term member of Kiwanis Club of Tempe.

In addition to English, Roseline is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
