I recently sold my home in Spokane Washington and purchased a home in Newark, Ohio. Rosella Lynn was my realtor for the Newark home and this was a complicated task as she had to ensure she was working on my time frame-3 hours earlier!. She was amazing! From arranging video showings through extensions due to delays in my home in Spokane closing she remained professional and proactive. Rosella Lynn ensured the communication line was open 24/7 even while I drove across the country to get to Ohio! Unlike my Spokane Realtor, her professional skillset is beyond what is necessary. More impotantly, her concern was more than with the sale-Rosella Lynn truly cares about her clients as people first. Service Leadership comes to mind. Thank you Rosella Lynn and HER Realtors. If you're looking to buy a house in the newark area look no further than Rosella. I work 3rd shift and was worried about capability with a realtor but Rosella made my strange schedule a non-issue. As we looked at houses she figured out what I really wanted in a house when even I didn't realize what I was looking for. She's also very respectful of social distancing and mask wearing for looking at homes. Highly recommend!
