About Rosemarie

Rosemarie Doshier embarked on her real estate career on The Outer Banks in 1987. Establishing the Doshier Team alongside her daughter Stephanie over two decades ago enabled their team to assert a dominant presence in the Outer Banks real estate market. Previously, she held the roles of Broker-In-Charge and Sales Manager but has since shifted her focus to assisting buyers and sellers, entrusting her daughter, Stephanie, with team management.

Rosemarie has consistently displayed active involvement in her local and state real estate associations. Her contributions include serving two terms as President of the Outer Banks Association of REALTORS, assuming the role of Regional VP for the North Carolina State Association of REALTORS, serving as President and RVP for the NC Women’s Council of REALTORS, and presiding as President of the NC Certified Residential Specialist. She continues to contribute to these associations in various capacities.

Her commitment extends to advocacy in the legislative arena, addressing issues impacting the real estate market and property rights. Recognitions for her dedication include REALTOR of the Year and the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Outer Banks Association of REALTORS. Rosemarie has also earned numerous sales awards and community accolades, acknowledging her contributions to both the real estate field and community service.
