Rosemary Woodward

Rosemary Woodward, the Owner/Broker of a boutique real estate office in Palm Desert, CA, known as BELLA ROSA REALTY, introduces herself by stating, "Hello, my name is Rosemary Woodward." She invites others to hear her unique journey into the Real Estate business.
Rosemary graduated from Cal State Long Beach in 1976 with a bachelor's degree in Recreation and Leisure Studies. Afterward, she relocated to the desert and served as a Parks and Recreation Director. Within a year, Rosemary transitioned to become a Recreation Therapist for Angel View Crippled Children's Hospital in Desert Hot Springs, describing it as the most profound and rewarding position in her 15-year recreation career.
In 1981, Rosemary left Angel View and founded a private swim lessons company named "Woodward's Swim Instruction." Over the next decade, she worked across the desert, teaching water safety to young children and toddlers, as well as conducting water exercise classes for adults. This experience allowed her to become familiar with various desert cities, numerous developments, and most of the country clubs, attributing much of her knowledge to extensive traveling during that period.
In 1991, Rosemary decided to enter the Real Estate field, a choice that some considered a terrible idea due to dropping prices and rising foreclosures. Undeterred, she secured a position as an assistant to a broker specializing in marketing bank foreclosures. Now, 28 years later, Rosemary continues to reside in the desert and remains actively involved in Real Estate. In 2001, she established her own office, Bella Rosa Realty. Throughout her career, she has experienced both prosperous markets and economic downturns, considering herself a "seasoned professional."
Acknowledging the stress associated with buying or selling a home, Rosemary emphasizes the dedication of her agents and herself to ensure a smooth and manageable process for clients at Bella Rosa Realty.
