Get to know our team…

Jonathan and Rosie have been married over 25 years, providing a mastery in the need for communication in personal life and in business. We are natives of St. Louis, having been born and raised here. After a brief departure for college, military service and career starts, we returned to the hometown we both love.

Jonathan is a Gulf War veteran. He is a graduate of Lindbergh High School and Embry Riddle Aeronautical University. Prior to real estate, Jonathan had a history in aviation and industrial sales. The technical and sales sides of his background provide a great asset in negotiations and the home inspection aspect of a real estate transaction.

Rosie is a graduate of Cor Jesu Academy and Bradley University. With a degree in Marketing and a strong history in marketing and advertising (in real estate, TV/media and ad agency), Rosie provides the marketing expertise to the latest methods and technologies in marketing your home.

When we are not talking real estate, we enjoy time with our three children and volunteering in our community and parish.

Susie Allmendinger is another St. Louis native and Rosie’s sister. She is a graduate of Cor Jesu Academy and St. Louis University, with a Master’s in Education from University of Missouri—St. Louis. With over 30 years of educational experience running a highly respected theatre program, Susie brings well rounded knowledge and creative vision to the team.
