Since then Rosie has studied business and been a real estate agent and Self -employed for over 25 years.

Rosie and her husband and son’s moved from So Florida to Citrus County in 2005. Making things happen in Citrus County Real estate market since arriving. The Ruiz’s got thru some difficult times in Real Estate by owning and operating a local eatery called Havana House Café. The Café was sold in 2017 and since then the group has focused solely on both commercial and residential Real Estate
