Rosie expends 150% in selling and helping me purchase a new residence. When selling a property she determines a fair and marketable listing price based on market conditions and the property. She's realistic in any potential offers and provides guidance whether to accept. In purchasing a new property, she does her homework on potential buildings in the area and price range. She knows the area and understands what is a reasonable purchase. I would most definitely use her services again if I were to need a sale or purchase.
