Ross Bryans

Mr. Ross A. Bryans, founder and President of Central Park Realty, has been active as a full time Realtor since 1982 when he began his career in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada at the age of 18.

As an owner of one of Ottawa's largest independent real estate firms, Mr. Bryans became an accomplished Realtor and manager, dealing with all facets of the trade. In 1985, Mr. Bryans helped create and build one of Ottawa's largest mortgage brokerage operations with over 25 brokers under his direction.

In 1995 his real estate career took him to Sarasota, Florida where he oversaw the development and sales of two premiere downtown condominium developments. Mr. Bryans is known as a stickler for detail, and this attention to detail has commanded a high level of service that has ensured numerous repeat clientele and referrals for both him and his agents. Over the past 10 years his firm has marketed the conversions of over 1500 condominium units with gross sales exceeding $200,000,000.
